Due to the nature of digital products (PDF ebooks and coloring books), all sales are final. Once the digital file has been downloaded or emailed to you, we cannot offer a refund or exchange, as the product cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.

Exceptions: We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will consider refund or exchange requests under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same digital item twice.
• Technical Issues: If the file is corrupt or you are unable to open it (and we cannot provide a working version after being contacted).

How to Request Help: If you experience any issues with your download, please contact us at ahmadbachkache@outlook.com within 7 days of purchase. Please include your order number and a description of the problem.
