Shipping policy
1. Instant Delivery
At Ahmad Library, we know you want to start coloring or reading right away! That’s why all our products are delivered digitally. No physical items will be shipped to your home address.
2. How It Works
Once your payment is confirmed, the delivery happens in two ways:
- On-Screen Download: A download link will appear immediately on the order confirmation page after you complete your purchase.
- Email Delivery: You will also receive an automated email within minutes containing a secure link to download your PDF files. Please ensure the email address you provide at checkout is correct.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery is instant. While most customers receive their links within seconds, please allow up to 10 minutes for the email to arrive. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your Spam or Junk folder (sometimes our emails like to hide there).
4. Download Limits & Access
- Format: All ebooks and coloring pages are delivered in high-quality PDF format.
- Attempts: For security, download links may have a limit on the number of times they can be clicked. We recommend saving the file directly to your device (Computer, Tablet, or Phone) immediately.
- Storage: Once downloaded, the file is yours forever! You can print it as many times as you like for personal use.
5. Troubleshooting
If you haven’t received your download link or if the link isn’t working, don’t panic!
- Check your “Promotions” or “Spam” folders.
- Ensure your payment was successfully processed.
- If you still need help, email us at ahmadbachkache@outlook.com. Include your order number, and we will manually resend the files to you as soon as possible.
6. No Shipping Fees
Since everything is digital, shipping is 100% free, regardless of where you are in the world.
